A While back MediaTek Announced their new flagship Series Chipset, Named Mediatek Dimensity 1000, along with it there was another Chipset launched, The Dimensity 1000L which can be said to be a toned-down version of the Dimensity 1000, it was intended to take on the likes of snapdragon 765G, and it really does its job very well.
The Oppo Reno3 5G which is powered by the Dimensity 1000L was able to put an average score of around 407000 on the Antutu benchmark, making it the highest score for a mid-range smartphone as of now.
The interesting thing is the competition, the closest competitor to the Oppo Reno3 5G is the Vivo X30 5G powered by Exynos 980, it put a score of around 326000, as you can see the difference is huge, also there is Redmi K30 5G which is powered by Snapdragon 765G is on the list it puts a score of around 324000.
However, one thing you may notice is that the score put up by the Dimensity 1000L is well above the score put by Snapdragon 845, a 2-year-old Flagship from Qualcomm, which had an average score of around 350000, so it’s good to see the performance jump.
However, it would 2-3 more devices powered by the Dimensity 1000L to make a good place in the market
