Oppo Reno 2 – One Step Closer To The DSLR experience in Smartphones

When we hear about oppo the first thing that comes into mind is that it is a camera phone well this time it is a camera phone

The Oppo Reno 2 is the latest edition in the Reno series and man It looks good that glass back is seriously too good the body feels premium and feels good to hold on to it has gorilla glass protection on both the side so dropping the glass back shouldn’t be a problem it is not that we are saying you to drop your phone but still its good to have protection
now coming to the display is has an AMOLED display and man it is also very good the color accuracy, saturation everything is good no complaints here

Coming to performance it has Qualcomm snapdragon 730G which is an octa-core processor with consists of 2X2.2 GHz Kyro 470 Gold and 6X1.8 Kyro 270 Silver cores coupled with Adreno 618 GPU it handles everything which is thrown at it smoothly and gaming experience is also very good and feels smooth
in terms of storage, it has only one storage variant which is 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of Storage
so the overall performance is very good and gives lag-free experience

Now the main thing about this phones the camera’s it has a Quad camera setup with the primary one is a 48 MP shooter with f/1.7 aperture, the second one is a 13 telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture, the third one is an 8MP ultrawide lens with f/2.2 lens and the fourth one is a 2MP lens with f/2.4 aperture
the camera experience is great it is one THE best camera I have ever seen, in daylight the photos are just great even by zooming 20X the clarity is still very good in night mode the photos are very good and clear
for video recording, it supports up to [email protected] FPS but stabilization is available till 1080p the video quality is very good and zooming is also available in videos and really it is too good for a phone in this price segment, the camera of this phone is one step closer to the DSLR experience in the smartphones
for selfies, it has 16MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture which is again very good and gives some amazing shots in daylight in night light the pics are good

other than that is that shark fin pop up camera which looks very snappy and is fast even though it is kind of a popup camera the face-unlock is pretty fast
the in-display fingerprint is also very and accurate, it has got a 4000 mAh Battery and supports Vooc flash charge 3.0
So everything about this phone is either good or great and there must be a not so good thing for this phone well there is something and that is its price it is priced at almost 37000 INR which is costly at 33000O INR one can get one plus 7 or Zenfone 6Z which offers better value for money than this phone they have better processor and technology and have good camera but surely not as good as this one so
the Final Verdict if the camera is the main criteria for buying a phone and you want some good performance with decent looks and good battery life then go for this phone or else there are better options, If performance is is your main criteria then there are better options than this phone in this criteria
BUT overall this phone is good but is a bit on the costly side
