CPU Wise, from Geekbench 4.4 Results the Apple A13 Bionic Is the Strongest with the Snapdragon 865 Coming very close to it and may even defeat it in its real performance(Benchmarks for Snapdragon 865 are test benchmarks and Will surely increase by the time consumers series come). Dimensity 1000 being at third position and the Kirin 990 is the weakest of all,
the benchmarks for Exynos 990 is still not available yet.
But one thing is sure that all the above processors are stronger than the Previous Year’s Snapdragon 855+
In Antutu Benchmarks
The Snapdragon 865 – 568,191(highest for any consumer Smartphone till now)
The A13 Bionic comes second in the race with a score of 549,717
Then comes Dimenstiy 1000 with a score of 511,363
Then Kirin 990 5G with a score of 457,357
The Antutu Score for Exynos 990 is still not available
But these results can be different in real life performance as these are from Geekbench which, only test’s the CPU, not the whole smartphone, and the amount of RAM, RAM frequency, Type of Storage used can seriously affect the device performance.
GPU wise The Snapdragon 865 seems to be the winner with features like,
QHD+ @144 Hz, Snapdragon elite gaming features, Desktop Forward Rendering, and updatable GPU drives.
The A13 bionic is very close to it with its Quad-Core GPU.
The Diminsity 1000 and Exynos 990 are also not far behind, as the mali G-77 is a great GPU.
The kirin 990 is using the Mali G-76 GPU the oldest of all.
The Qualcomm Hexagon 698 can performance Up to 15 TOPS(Trillions of operation per second)
Mediatek APU 3.0 Up to 4.5 TOPS

A13 Bionic Up to one trillion 8-bit operations per second
Display-wise Qualcomm is the winner as it supports QHD+ Resolution at 144Hz then MediaTek and Samsung as they support FHD+ resolution at 120 HZ
The A13 Bionic is out of the options here as it doesn’t have any type of 5G support but for LTE it can have Up to 1.2 Gbps Downlink speed.
The Exynos 990 can have Up to 7.35Gbps in mmWave and 5.1Gbps in the sub-6GHz setting in 4G LTE mode, it supports up to 3Gbps of downlink speed and up to 422Mbps of uplink speed.
The kirin 990 can have In Sub-6GHz band, the theoretical peak download speed can reach 2.3 Gbps and the theoretical peak upload speed can reach 1.25 Gbps.
The Dimensity 1000 up to 4.7Gbps downlink and 2.5Gbps uplink speeds over the sub-6GHz network.
The Snapdragon 865 up to 5G Download/Upload: 7.4Gbps/3Gbps.
Theoretically, the snapdragon 865 is the winner here, but it doesn’t have an integrated 5G Modem,
if we take Integrated 5G modem into account then Dimensity 1000 is the winner
A13 Bionic is ahead of the Snapdragon 865 by a very small margin and the difference between the Dimensity 1000 and snapdragon 865 is also not by much
but these are test benchmarks and the real data from smartphones may vary
Here Clearly the Snapdragon 865 is the winner with A13 bionic getting close to it and the kirin 990 is the last
In Raw CPU performance, the A13 Bionic Is the Winner for now but can be defeated by the Snapdragon 865 if some tweaks are made here and there and Dimensity 1000 is also very close to it
Benchmarks for Exynos 990 are not here so no comments there and Kirin 990 is the Weakest in terms of Raw CPU performance
Overall The Snapdragon 865 Seems to be the Winner here as It is having an Overall Package, with being the Best in many Division’s
